Ted Cairns, Licensed Paralegal, provides paralegal services and will represent you, the owner, at any Landlord and Tenant Board Hearings and Superior Court of Justice, Small Claims proceedings as required, eliminating the need for you to retain counsel in these cases.

We negotiate and execute all leases for the owner, and perform all collections and any necessary evictions.

We also have extensive experience in the acquisition and disposition of investment properties for our clients.
